Office of Water have announced that the 2010/11 Trading Season has opened as at 1st July 2010.

Murrumbidgee Allocation Announcement

1st September 2010

General Security- 14% of which 5% is a Murrumbidgee Irrigation company enhancement. (this water is for use or trade)

High Security- 95%

Due to the High Security allocation now being 95% any carryover water on a high security licence will be forfeited.

High Security Irrigators

Please note that all membership and annual subscription fees must be paid in full by the 26/2/2011 to enable you to receive a discount on any water trade commissions for the trading season 2010/11.

Murrumbidgee Irrigation Customers please note that Murrumbidgee Irrigation charge an $8.39 per ML fee for water that is traded off the company licence  see www.mirrigation.com.au for further details.

Water users are reminded that while the Water Sharing Plan remains switched off, the normal trade rules are also suspended.  This means that high security trades may continue after 1 September 2010.
